Shipping and Returns Policy
Here’s how returns, refunds and cancellations work at Toaster Bath & Co. This page summarises sections 7–9 of our Terms & Conditions, and never takes away your rights under the Consumer Protection Act or ECTA.
Changed your mind?
• 7-day cooling-off: For online orders, you may cancel within 7 days after receiving your order, without giving a reason.
• How: Email hello@toasterbathco.co.za with your order number first, then send the item back well packed to the address we give you. You pay the return courier.
• Refund: We refund the full amount you paid, to your original payment method, within 14 business days of receiving the item back.
• Not included: Custom or personalised items, because they were made to your specifications.
Custom Orders
• Before we start designing: full refund.
• After the first draft: refund less our R200 design fee.
• After you approve the final design: no cancellation for a change of mind. A faulty print is still covered below.
Damaged or Defective Items
- Damaged in transit: Email photos of the item and packaging to hello@toasterbathco.co.za within 48 hours, so we can claim from the courier. We’ll replace it or refund you. A later report doesn’t cancel your rights.
- Faulty or not as described: Within 6 months of delivery, return it at our cost and choose a repair, replacement or refund. No original packaging needed, and no handling fee.
- Wrong item: Tell us within 10 days and we’ll arrange the return and send the right item, or refund you.
Cancelling Before Dispatch
- Not yet dispatched: Email us and we’ll cancel your order and refund you in full.
- Market purchases: The 7-day change-of-mind right applies to online orders only, but items bought in person are covered for faults for 6 months.
Colour Accuracy
For printing orders, please be aware that colours may vary slightly from what you see on your screen due to different monitor calibrations. If colour precision is critical for a large project, we recommend ordering a single small test print before placing a bulk order.
