Yes. You'll get a confirmation email straight away. If it isn't in your inbox, check spam. We get lost in there sometimes.
Yes, until it's dispatched. Email hello@toasterbathco.co.za with your order number and we'll sort it out and refund you in full. Custom orders work a little differently (see Custom Orders).
We run mix-and-match offers on prints and cards, and new newsletter subscribers get free delivery on their first order. Current offers are shown on the website and at checkout, so you can see exactly what you're saving before you pay. One discount code per order, but codes work alongside our automatic mix-and-match deals.
Everything is made to order, which is why it's worth the wait.
• Unframed prints, cards and keychains: 3–5 business days
• Framed prints: 8–14 business days
• Custom orders: draft in 3–5 business days, then as above once you approve it
Standard delivery is a flat fee per order, free over a set order value. Both are shown in the banner at the top of the site and at checkout.
Anywhere in South Africa. We don't ship internationally yet.
Once your order has been dispatched or is ready for collection, a notification will be sent to the email address used upon checkout along with a tracking number.
Yes, until your order is dispatched. Email hello@toasterbathco.co.za with your order number and the new details. Once it's on its way, the courier won't let us change it.
Our couriers deliver during business hours (Mon-Fri): 08:00 – 17:00 pm. Our couriers do not deliver over weekends and public holidays.
We close every year for a festive break. For 2026, the last day to order before our break is 14 December, and we're closed from 15 December to 4 January. Orders placed while we're closed are made from 5 January.
Track it first with the link in your dispatch email. If it's stuck or past the estimate, message us and we'll chase it. If we miss a delivery date we agreed with you, you can cancel for a full refund.
We're sorry. Couriers are not known for their gentleness. Email photos of the item and packaging to hello@toasterbathco.co.za within 48 hours so we can claim from the courier, and we'll send a replacement or refund you. Reporting later doesn't cancel your rights. It just makes the detective work harder.
Within 6 months of delivery, you can return it at our cost and choose a repair, replacement or refund. No original packaging needed. No handling fee. No awkwardness.
For standard items bought online, yes. You have 7 days after delivery to cancel without giving a reason. Email us first, then send it back well packed (you cover the return courier) and we'll refund you within 14 business days of receiving it. This doesn't apply to custom or personalised pieces, because those were made for you and only you.
The 7-day change-of-mind right only applies to online orders, but faulty items bought in person are covered for 6 months, just like online.
We process refunds to your original payment method. Your bank may take a few extra business days to show it.
You send the brief on our Custom Orders page, we send a draft within 3–5 business days, and you get up to 3 rounds of minor tweaks to fonts, colours and layout. Once you sign off, it goes to print and then to you.
Before we start designing, yes, with a full refund. After the first draft, we refund you less our R200 design fee, because the work has been done. After you approve the final design, it's yours, as it should be. Full details are in our Terms & Conditions.
We can't use other people's copyrighted characters or trademarks. We can make you something original that captures the same feeling, which is usually better anyway ✨
Not a question, a plea. We print exactly what you approve, so check names, dates and spelling twice.
3 years from the date it's issued. Plenty of time to choose, even for the indecisive.
Yes. Spend it over as many orders as you like until the balance runs out.
Yes. Pick the date and time at checkout and we'll email it to the lucky recipient.
Very close, but every screen is different and paper isn't a screen. Small variations are normal. If exact colour matters for a big project, order one small print first.
Synthetic wood with real glass, in the colours shown on each listing. Sturdy, good-looking and heavier than they appear.
Keep it out of direct sunlight and away from damp rooms without ventilation. Dust the glass with a soft dry cloth. Use wall fixings that can handle the weight, because gravity always wins.
They do. Our Sweary collection is clearly labelled, and our Clean collection keeps the same sense of humour without the language. Choose your fighter 🥰
