At Toaster Bath & Co., we want you to be 100% satisfied with your purchase. To ensure transparency and clarity, please review our returns policy below.

Our Partnership with The Framing Factory

Please note that all orders placed through our website are created, handcrafted, and shipped on our behalf by our specialist production partner, The Framing Factory. By purchasing from us, you acknowledge that your products are being fulfilled by their expert team of printers and framers.

Made-to-Order Policy

All of our products—including fine art prints and framed items—are handcrafted to order. Because these items are custom-made specifically for you, we do not offer returns or exchanges for change of mind.

Damaged or Defective Items

  • Reporting Period: Any material defects or damages must be reported to us within 48 hours of receipt.
  • Requirements: To process your claim, please email Hello@toasterbathco.co.za with a full description of the defect and clear photographs of the product and packaging.
  • Resolution: Once the defect is verified, we will work with The Framing Factory to arrange a replacement or refund.

Order Cancellations & Alterations

  • You may cancel or alter your order within 48 hours of placement.
  • Once this 48-hour window has lapsed, the production process begins at The Framing Factory, and we are unable to accept any further cancellations or changes.

Colour Accuracy

For printing orders, please be aware that colours may vary slightly from what you see on your screen due to different monitor calibrations. If colour precision is critical for a large project, we recommend ordering a single small test print before placing a bulk order.
