Welcome to Toaster Bath & Co. By using our website and placing an order, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully before completing your purchase.
1. Orders and Sale of Contract
• Placing Orders: Our website allows users to place electronic orders for products currently in stock.
• Contract of Sale: A binding contract is only formed once you have placed an order and payment has been successfully processed and received by Toaster Bath & Co.
2. Payment Terms
• Successful Payment: Your order is dependent on successful payment. If your payment fails due to insufficient funds, incorrect details, or bank errors, the transaction will not be processed.
• EFT Payments: For payments made via Electronic Funds Transfer:
- Payment and proof of payment must be sent within 2 hours of placing the order.
- Failure to provide proof within this window will result in automatic cancellation of the order.
• Business Hours: Orders placed after hours, on weekends, or on public holidays will be processed the following business day.
3. Product Availability and Reservations
• No Reservations: Placing an item in your cart does not reserve it. Items are only secured once payment is finalized.
• “On Hold” Status: If an item is marked “On Hold,” it means another user currently has the last available unit in their cart. If their session expires without payment, the item will return to live stock.
• Stock Limits: Stock is limited. If we are unable to fulfill an order at the advertised price due to stock exhaustion, we will notify you and provide a full refund for the amount paid.
4. Shipping and Delivery
• Shipping Times: Our standard shipping window is 5 – 14 working days.
• Variable Estimates: Shipping times are estimates only.
5. Cancellations and Refunds
• Cooling-Off Period: We offer a 5-day cooling-off period to cancel an order. After 5 days, the order is considered a binding contract of sale.
• Refund Processing: Approved refunds will be processed via the original payment method.
- Refunds take 1 – 5 working days to process on our end.
- EFT and Credit Card reflections may take an additional 2 – 3 working days depending on bank delays.
6. Returns and Exchanges
Due to the custom nature of our products, we do not accept returns or exchanges for incorrect sizing or misunderstandings regarding the product's use.
We only offer returns/exchanges in the following scenarios:
• Defective or Damaged Goods: If a product is damaged in transit or arrives defective, we will replace or refund the item.
• Incorrect Items: If we ship the wrong product, we will replace it or issue a refund.
• Conditions for Returns:
- You must notify us in writing within 48 hours of receipt.
- Items must be returned in their original packaging.
- Items not returned in original packaging will incur a 10% handling fee.
- Shipping fees are non-refundable.
7. Fraud Prevention and Security
• Right to Cancel: Toaster Bath & Co. reserves the right to cancel any order suspected of fraud (e.g., stolen cards or referral abuse).
• Verification: We may request a copy of your ID or the front of your credit card to verify a transaction. This must be provided within 24 hours, or the order will be cancelled.
• Chargebacks: In cases of suspected fraud, we do not process manual refunds. Cardholders must initiate a chargeback through their bank.
8. Service Availability and Liability
• Service Disruptions: While we strive for 100% uptime, we are not liable for data loss or temporary website unavailability.
• Compatibility: We are not responsible for checkout failures caused by browser incompatibilities. For the best experience, we recommend using Google Chrome, Safari, or Firefox.
9. Intellectual Property
All content on this site—including images, descriptions, videos, and logos—is the intellectual property of Toaster Bath & Co. and our vendors. Any reproduction, modification, or distribution without our express written consent is strictly prohibited.
10. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to update these terms at any time. You are required to accept the current T&Cs every time you transact. If you do not agree with these terms, please refrain from using our services.
